Workplace wellbeing and connection sessions

“Discover a sense of belonging, connection and meaning”

An exploration into mindfulness, breathwork, embodiment and energy, helping people improve the quality of their lives as they boost their mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing (sceptics are very welcome!).  These sessions aims to be insightful and life enhancing as we delve into practices to regulate the nervous system, release tension and deepen connection to ourselves and life in general.  This work is invaluable for managing stress, anxiety and overwhelm and regular commitment to the practices I teach will promote better sleep.  A key part of what I offer is about feeling emotionally well, connected and supported which is becoming so important in the fast paced and remote world of work we have moved into. Sessions are usually both deep and meaningful and, at the same time, fun, life affirming and light-hearted.

Winter Solstice Gathering

December 18th, Kindred Yoga, South East London

Gathering to celebrate and honour, in candle light, the shortest day and longest night of the year and all that entails. Through ritual and ceremony, we will prioritise rest, connection and nourishment.
